As a part of Sydney Good Food Month, No.5 Restaurant & Bar is hosting their special “Sake Dinner Night”, a seven-course modern Australian with Asian influence dinner with matching sake and umeshu.
An incredible menu including:
- Snacks
- Sashimi
- Beef Tartare with umami dressing & cured yolk
- Prawns with wombok, coriander & Korean chilli
- Teriyaki duck, choy sum, pickled kumquat
- Miso and hay cream, salted oats, pear
- Matcha, almond cake, yuzu curd & meringue
