Australian Sake Awards Inc. is looking for industry professionals to join a judging team at Australian Sake Awards 2023 (ASA) which will be held in Sydney on the 22nd of July.

Those who are a Japanese liquor/wine professional, expert, work in a food/alcohol related industry and sake qualification holders are eligible to apply. Let’s explore the best Japanese sake at the Australian Sake Awards 2023.

Furthermore, ASA will be holding online seminars for judges this year. They have invited a special lecturer with the cooperation of the “National Research Institute of Brewing” from Japan to provide all judges with the knowledge about tasting Sake.
