The Australia-Japan Society of Victoria have organised a special, free and of course virtual saké event hosted by 2 of Australia’s greatest saké professionals.
Melissa Mills has over 10 years of experience with saké, is WSET certified and founder of one of the most exciting saké education platforms “Sake Connect” (which has recently branched an online shop with an incredible selection of hand selected saké available to the public).
Simone Maynard has completed the Advanced Sake Professional course and has been educating the Australian public in saké, her recent work in creating a series of virtual saké tours for a number of Japanese breweries has been nothing short of awe inspiring.
We could continue listing accomplishments but suffice to say the event is hosted by 2 of the most incredible names in the Australian saké scene and with the event being free, it is certainly one we absolutely recommend tuning in for.
