A one-night only Izakaya Sake Night is coming to Perth Teppanyaki restaurant Hiss & Smoke!
- First session: 6:30-8:00pm (Please arrive at 6.30pm for an immediate start.)
- Second session : 7:00pm – 8.30pm (Please arrive at 7pm for an immediate start.)
At this special event, you will be able to meet special guests Mr Tadashi Sano from Japan’s Chiyomusubi Brewery and Sandra Gwee from Kodawari Sake Education. Both are very knowledgeable about the field of sake and will be able to answer any of your questions on the night.
Hiss & Smoke will serve six Izakaya tasting dishes to go with the three Chiyomusubi Sake which Mr Tadashi and Sandra will provide – taking you on a sake adventure and showcasing the beauty of the unique sake produced in Japan’s Tottori Prefecture.

- Junmai Daiginjo Goriki 50
