Tsunami Ko Japanese Restaurant and SuperSake in Perth are hosting ‘SuperSake Perth Sake & Beer Festival Winter 2019’ – the cities largest sake event, on Saturday the 15th and Sunday the 16th of June.
The event, to be held on the grounds of the Tsunami Ko restaurant in Mosman Park, brings over 50 different types of beverages from Japan to Australian shores courtesy of SuperSake, with a focus on sake, but also showing from a myriad of other drinks such as plum wine, craft beer and cider – all of which are available for both tastings on the days and take-home purchases. It’d be a good opportunity to sample a large number of beverages, and then choose those that you like to bring home with you.
The kitchen at Tsunami Ko have also specially designed a sake festival menu to be matched with the drinks, including “sushi rolls, teriyaki chicken bao buns and more”.
