Sakelier, the newest Australian sake importer and specialising in boutique sake breweries, will be featuring their Chikurin and hou-hou-shu sparkling sake range by Marumoto Sake Brewery from Okayama, Japan.
A wonderful chance to sample their hand crafted sake brewed with one of the best sake rice grown by the brewery themselves or their all natural sparkling sake made using the same method as champagne.
