Sydney’s favourite liquor store, The Oak Barrel is hosting a special tasting dedicated to Japan’s traditional spirits.
Japan has a long, proud of history of distilling which has been overshadowed by its recent whisky success. The Oak Barrel aims to bring more awareness to these amazing drinks by hosting a tasting were they will be going through 6 different, unique and above all tasty Japanese spirits.
The tasting will begin with a special welcome drink before offering a range of traditional Shochu including ones made from sweet potato, barley and a special sake lees Shochu (made from world renowned producer Dassai).
