One of Australia’s most exciting saké importers –Black Market Sake, has organised a special educational event to “go through the fundamentals of sake and demystify this unique and amazing drink”.
Black Market Sake pride themselves on their incredible range of unique sake’s, with the vast majority being unpasteurised, undiluted, unfiltered or using old labour intensive, ancient techniques such as Yamahai or Kimoto; all of the saké are world class and taste amazing.
The session will last 90 minutes and will focus on the history, varieties and unique production techniques; all the while you will be trying 8 incredible sake’s from Black Markets saké range.
