Another of Sakenet’s incredible saké tastings has just been made available, we say incredible because they have gained fame with saké groups for the ridiculous value for money the events provide.
This time Sakenet has teamed up with Sydney’s Soba Master, Mark Tojo and Chef Sasaki from Café Creasion (their matcha latte is phenomenal). The event will start with 3 specially selected saké matched with artisanal cheeses from Stone Crow Cheese Co; then we will be treated to authentic, traditional handmade soba noodles (of course matched with more saké) and finally for dessert, chef Sasaki has created something special exclusively for this event.
The event has a maximum number of 15 people so first come, best dressed.
