Come and Join Sandra from Kodawari Sake Education for a fun and delicious evening exploring “The wonders of Japanese Sake” famous for her exquisite flavour matching, with chocolate, cheese and Chinese modern flavours on Thursday 19th September at Japan’s Street foods style Izakaya, Hiss & Smoke.

Guest will enjoy 5 delicious signatures dishes by Hiss and Smokes Chefs whose creativity in bringing flavours together is endless and will keep you talking throughout the night. It will be paired with beautifully with 5 hand-picked Japanese sakes from the “The Sake Queen” Sandra herself.

You will get to indulge in this experience and have special guidance with Sandra who takes you along the journey opening up the world of Japanese Sake as you have never experienced before. A Great Adventure not to be Missed!

The event starts at 6.30pm prompt so please arrive 15 mins at least beforehand to be able to be seated and confirm RSVP.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

Minimum Age requirements are 18 years of age it is the responsibility of the participant to provide Proof of Age when requested.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

We are in the heart of CBD in Yagan Square. Get into the city at least 1 hour before the event you can take advantage of free parking after 6 pm around the area. Wilson Parking and CPP are available adjacents to Yagan Square.

What if I am running late to the event will the event still start?

We will always give 5 – 10 mins grace period in waiting for our guest but will normally start if most guests have already arrived. If we have your contact information we will try to contact you if you are running late. You are welcome to SMS or contact the organiser that you are running late in order to let the venue know for preparation.
