Byron Bay saké fans are in for a treat as Australia’s only female saké Toji is presenting her incredibly unique and delicious products at Byron Bays own Sun Bistro.

Chiho Uei has been working tirelessly to perfect her saké by experimenting with different fermentation times, using brewers yeast from Yulli’s Brews, where all of her saké is handmade on site and using a drip method (shizuku shibori) filtration for more balance.

The tasting is free for all attendees and we wholeheartedly recommend trying these amazing and unique saké.
