Kanpai Now, a program to promote Japanese sake has begun in Sydney and Melbourne. The program offers anyone visiting select restaurants and bars a free glass of sake in exchange for a short survey with the aim to promote sake and learn how to help brewers better connect with costumers.
With 15 highly regarded restaurants participating, each with their own delicious specialties and unique sake to try at each venue, our recommendation is to enjoy matching the sake with a meal, especially when the restaurants are some of the best Japanese cuisine available in Aus.
