The Oak Barrel’s Sake events are back in full swing with the new sake buyer Thomas Hart launching a series of exciting events over the coming Months.
In a special event, Thomas has invited indie sake importer Brett Carboni (Supersake Founder) to showcase some brand new sake, never before seen in Sydney as well as some old favourites of Sydney’s local sake fans.
Supersake work with some truly exceptional producers, ranging from Imada shuzo (made by one of the few female toji sake brewers) to Kinmon who are regarded as one of the finest koshu (aged sake) producers.
While we won’t know exactly what sake are on being presented, the quality and rarity of the sake Brett brings in ensures all will be exceptional.
