Perth’s Legendary Sake Festival Returns
One of the best sake festivals returns for it’s 7th year with an absolutely stellar list of over 90 different craft Japanese yuzushu, umeshu, beer, whisky and of-course plenty of sake.
Supersake founder Brett Carboni has promised this years event is the best yet with a new name inspired by the Niigata sake festival “Sake No Jin” translating to “Battle of the Sake”, the Perth Sake no Jin will have some of the finest sake being made in Japan in a friendly battle to be the crowd favourite.
The festival will also feature some incredible food made by head Chef Tomohiro with his charcoal robata grilling premium wagyu beef, seafood, oyster mushroom skewers and chef Taka creating a delicious new ramen.
While the rest of us in NSW and VIC are looking on in envy at this amazing festival, there is at least some solace with many of the limited release, festival bottles available through Supersake for delivery.
