As a part of The York Festival “A Day in Japan”, Perth’s “Queen of Sake”, Sandra Gwee from Kodawari Sake Education, will take you artistic sake journey where ‘rice’ is the hero. Enhance your senses by learning how to capture the aroma from the sake, test your palate by letting sake define it. Learn about turning rice into liquid gold and fix your perception of Japanese Sake.
