“Bringing Sake to the Table” campaign introduces Japanese sake as a versatile complement to any meal, whether enjoyed at home, with friends, or in fine dining establishments. Its diversity sets it apart from other alcoholic beverages, offering a range from elegant to light, and from rich to delicate in flavour. Our aim is to convey that there is a Japanese sake that pairs well with any dish available in Australia.
Through various sake tasting events and seminars in Sydney from January to March 2024, we invite you to explore diverse ways to enjoy sake beyond tradition and discover the potential for transforming everyday dining into unforgettable experiences through pairing.
