Mino Japanese Restaurant in Mosman, NSW are collaborating with sake industry purveyors Sakenet Australia to bring a free Junmai (“pure rice”) sake tasting event to the suburb Sunday the 28th of April.
The event will be held inside the restaurant premises between 2PM and 5PM on the date, and will feature 6 different sakes selected by Mino’s newest sake monger Yoshi. Non-alcoholic drinks will also be provided for non-drinkers.
