Fusion restaurant Wagyu Bar & Wine Ten in Broadbeach on the Gold Coast are hosting a Dassai sake tasting event this January the 23rd.
Dassai is a well known, generally lighter-flavoured sake brand hailing from Yamaguchi Prefecture. The Awa (“sparkling”), 50, 39, 23 and Beyond (premium) varieties of Dassai will be served on the night, matched with a special sushi plate designed by an experienced guest chef.
Tickets are $66 per person and as seats are limited, it is recommended that you book in advance.
