October 1st is one of the most significant days in the Sake and Japanese calendar. Otherwise known as Sake Day or Nihonshu no hi (日本酒の日), it marks the first day of the sake-making season – essentially sake’s New Year’s Day.
To celebrate World Sake Day, Yukino Ochiai – from Dejavu Sake Co. will be hosting a ‘Facebook Live’ tasting.
Join us as she walks us through some of the finest Japanese Sake’s available here in Australia.
