Participants will be guided through a specially curated sake flight, described a bit more in detail in a excerpt from the event page below:
Experience an evolution of sake starting with Nobu Matsuhisa’s favourite Junmai Ginjo 71 Sake originating in Sado Island with a faint fragrance of Ginjo.
Sample one of the premium and most popular sake range, TK 40 with a mild, pure and elegant flavour. To finish enjoy the first of its kind, the YK35 Centrifuged sake made using the new technology exposing the original, fresh fragrance of sake.
(A similarly-structured Whisky flight is also available for those who prefer Whisky)
The option to pair your flight with tapas-style dishes by Nobu is also available for an additional $30 per person.
The event will commence at 6:00PM each night from the 8th to the 24th of March. Walk-ins welcome.
