This year, Sydney’s local ‘90s-rock-meets-izakaya’ institution Kid Kyoto are introducing a monthly Sake Masterclass event – on the last Friday of each month – currently projected to run until at least October.
Participants will be introduced to the world of Japanese sake and learn about industry practices & terminology. There will also be a special offer made to participants only, to upgrade afterwards and receive a discount on the restaurants ‘Omakase’ (traditional Japanese ‘chefs choice’ style of dining) menu. Classes commence at 5:00PM and end at 6:30PM – just in time for dinner.
As places are limited per class, participants are advised to book in early.
When – The last Friday of each month from 5:00PM to 6:30PM, currently projected at least until October
What – Classes introducing the sake-industry
How much – $55 per person (complementary discount on Omakase dinner included)
