One of Australia’s best Sommelier has made the switch to saké and will be hosting a not to be missed saké masterclass at Adelaide’s beloved East End Cellars.
Tim Watkins was the former head of Automata restaurant where he developed the award winning drinks list and named sommelier of the year (2016). Tim is now showing his love for all things saké as part of the Black Market team, sharing his knowledge and of course saké at events throughout Australia.
The event will have Tim pouring 8 small batch, artisanal saké from some of Japan’s best and highly sought after producers, including makers of fresh unpasteurized saké (nama) and of course go through the ins and outs of what saké is, how it’s made and the best ways to match it with food.
Adelaide saké fans will not want to miss this outstanding event featuring an exceptional saké line up.
