Sydney’s most unique bottleshop -P&V, is hosting another saké masterclass due to popular demand (all previous saké events have been an incredible success with a full house).
This event will feature (2016) Sommelier of the year, Tim Watkins; bringing his own unique flare and expertise to Newtown and featuring seriously unique, funky and fresh saké from artisanal, highly sought after producers.
While each tasting is different, the legendary crew at P&V usually compliment the tasting with locally sourced snacks (artisanal cheeses, crackers etc) and offer a discounted saké at the end of the night for all attendees.
We hope to see you at this highly limited tasting (max 20 seats) for what is always a wonderful tasting.
