Perth’s “Queen Of Sake” and founder of Kodawari sake education Sandra Gwee will be presenting an expert combination of saké and fresh sushi with an added unique body art experience by renowned artist Kyla Morgan.
A unique event focusing on the sensory adventure of food, drink and art; Sandra will guide all attendees through the delicate process of turning rice into the delicious drink we know as saké as well as explain why saké matches so well with sushi (we can expect some fine saké to match with the delicate fish).
An event to challenge your senses and enhance your appreciation of the art of saké.
