After the first sold out event, a group of sake enthusiasts have decided to team up again for another very special sake dinner. This time with all new sake and food pairing by the team at The Rice Den (modern Cantonese restaurant in St. Leonards) and Sakelier hosted by Tom Hart from The Oak Barrel.
Sakelier will be showcasing five sake and one liqueur from Okayama, Niigata, Gifu and Fukuoka prefecture within their core and new sake range, paired with a 10 course modern Asian food menu by The Rice Den team with a brief introduction of the matching sake by Tom Hart.
