On Tuesday December 4th, Fusion restaurant Automata in Chippendale, Sydney are hosting a sake dinner in cooperation with sake import/retail firm Black Market Sake:
5 courses with matching sakes designed by Matt Young of Black Market Sake and the kitchen staff of Automata; including head chef Sarah Knights and renowned Sydney chef Clayton Wells, will be served on the night. Seats are limited, so get in quick!
