Saké and burgers are back!!
Saké and burgers Part.3 – the event will begin an exploration of yeasts, the first port of call is the “association yeast no.7”. All attendees will be putting this legendary yeast under the microscope, examining its history and characteristics, and why its so ‘legendary’ and why its our favourite yeast. But talk is cheap so we will be tasting 3 sakés, that we believe best express no.7.
And of course, after our discussion we will be matching our favourite Umé burgers with our favourite sakés, and some delicious delectables by Ume.
Tickets are $50 p.p (Tasting 4 sakés + Matching burger and sides by Ume: Vege option available)
