Australian Sake importer Black Market has teamed up with the local legends at P&V to create a one of a kind masterclass using some of their rarest and most spectacular sake.
The masterclass will centre around Black Market Sake’s private reserve, using sake that have been meticulously aged in their climate controlled cellar over the last decade and more-so for some of these sake, this marks the first time they have ever been shown (let alone been available for purchase).
While snacks are still not confirmed, we have yet to attend a sake tasting at P&V which didn’t have amazing, local artisanal cheeses/nibbles and alongside the years of knowledge that the Black Market team brings, always makes for a spectacular event.
Lastly a big Happy Birthday to Black Market Sake and a special thank you for all of their hard work in bringing in so many incredible sake.
