Dan Murphy’s Alphington will host legendary Australian Saké Samurai Yukino Ochiai from Deja Vu Sake Co for an in-depth saké experience designed to enhance your knowledge.
Yukino-San is one of Australia’s finest saké educators, having taught countless industry professionals and saké enthusiasts alike. She is Australia’s only female saké samurai which is the highest standing a saké ambassador can achieve and is a leading saké judge recognised by the Japan Saké Brewers Association.
