A cooking class and Saké tasting by Fumiko Yonao who is a Saké expert arrived from Japan in June this year. Fumiko had held lots of Saké workshops in Japan (especially in Osaka). Her first workshop “Saké to Tsumami – Gyoza” was very successful, and this is her second workshop in Australia”.
*Tsumami = snack for drinks.
The first half is a cooking class of making Onigiri (rice ball).
The second half is tasting session of the Onigiri (you made earlier) and some Saké good with your Onigiri.
And you can have a dinner with us after the workshop, if you like. (The cost of dinner is not included in the workshop ticket.)
