Sakelier has teamed up with The Rice Den, Cantonese fusion restaurant in St. Leonards and the Sydney’s legendary liquor store, The Oak Barrel, to serve a very special sake dinner.
Sakelier will be showcasing five different sake from Nagano and Okayama prefecture within their core sake range, paired with a 10 course modern Asian food menu by The Rice Den team with a brief introduction to those matching sake by Tom from The Oak Barrel.
