Perth’s Kodawari Sake Education is hosting their ‘Sake Basic’ Workshop in collaboration with Japan’s Chiyomusubi Brewery from Tottori Prefecture, at Perth’s Mayfair Lane Pub & Dining Room on Wednesday the 22nd of May.
Kodawari’s Sandra will be leading the educational workshop/tasting session along with special guest Tadashi Sano all the way from Chiyomusubi in Japan. The session will be an interactive class format, covering the sake-making process, the origins of sake, different types of sake and their characteristics, the Chiyomusubi sake brewery/range and more, capped off by a sake quiz. Platter boards of food to share provided by Mayfair, and sake tastings will also be included.
Tickets are $65 per person, encompassing the educational workshop, five sakes for tasting, food platters and a takehome sake basics booklet.
