About Australian Sake Festival 2026
The Australian Sake Festival is a cultural event that aims to promote Japan–Australia exchange through Japanese sake culture, under the theme “Experience the Spirit of Japan: Tradition meets Innovation.”
In 2026, the festival will be held in Brisbane, Melbourne, and Sydney. Through showcasing the appeal of Japanese sake culture, the event has been recognised as contributing to cultural exchange, tourism promotion, and future economic collaboration between the two countries, leading to its official recognition as an anniversary event.
