Event Information

Join us on Monday 4th March, 2024, for an industry exclusive trade tasting event featuring local distributors and sake brewers direct from Japan.

This special industry event is part of the ‘Bringing Sake to the Table’ campaign and is a collaboration between the Japanese Government and Australian Sake Festival organiser, JAMS.TV Pty Ltd. It has been curated for those working in the food and beverage industry, as well as liquor wholesalers & retailers, in Sydney who are interested in introducing or further promoting Japanese sake and liquor in their venue or to their customers.

Not only will there be a wonderful range of sake and Japanese liquor to sample, we will also be providing a selection of curated ‘Italian style’ canapes and small dishes to enjoy alongside your tastings. You will have the opportunity to discover more about sake’s vast and varied food pairing potential.
Food will be served early, so be sure to arrive on time to avoid missing out on this delicious tasting experience.

There will be a total of 8 exhibitors offering tastings of their products on the day.
